By booking with Boat Rental Service you agree to these terms and to the rental agreement signed at check-in.

Renter responsibilities

The renter must meet our requirements, follow Florida boating laws, stay within the operating area and return the boat on time.

Damage and deposit

The renter is responsible for damage caused during the rental, up to the amount set in the rental agreement. The security deposit may be applied to damage, late returns, cleaning or fuel.

Late returns

Late returns are billed in 30-minute increments at the boat's hourly rate.

Prices

Prices on this website are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking. Florida and Miami-Dade sales tax applies.
