Cancellation & refund policy

We know plans change. Here is how cancellations work.

Cancelling your rental

• 24 hours or more before your start time: full refund.
• Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day regatta, New Year's): 72 hours notice for a full refund.
• Less notice than above: the rental is non-refundable, but we will try to move your date if a boat is available.

Weather

If the National Weather Service issues a Small Craft Advisory for Biscayne Bay during your rental, you may choose a full refund or a new date. If we end a trip early for lightning, we credit the unused time.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days. E-Gift Cards are non-refundable but never expire.
