The person signing the agreement must be 21 or older and show a valid government photo ID at check-in.

Whoever drives should have handled a boat before. New to boating? Hire a licensed captain for the day.
1988
Boater education ID
Florida law requires a Boating Safety Education ID for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988. Get it at myfwc.com, or take a short test for a 90-day temporary certificate.
